Registering with the link below saves your child's spot, but does not complete your registration. Registration is completed by participation at the parent meet and greet night and turning in your forms. As providers of therapeutic service, these forms are required by law and provide valuable information to the therapist to better assist each participant in meeting their goals for the program and and having the best possible experience. If you are unable to attend the meet and greet night, please contact Nicole Simpson at 970-814-4286 to make other arrangements for completing registration.
